COVID-19 Update: Lockdown 3.0
With the third lockdown now underway we are bringing in measures to ensure our staff can work safely and wanted to update you on some temporary changes we have made. We will still be taking and dispatching orders especially with the essential need to feed fish stocks in mind and understand from last year that as lockdown shows signs of easing, many of our customers like to stock up in preparation.
Our customer service team will still be available from 8:30am – 4pm Monday – Friday to process orders, support and assist with enquiries. The staffing levels on site will be reduced for safety reasons, but we will ensure someone is here to help.
Whilst our sales team are not out on the road, they are still available should you need to contact them. We have reduced the time that the team are available to two days a week, so please be aware that they may take a little longer to reply than usual.
Our production team will continue to run at 100% capacity, with our covid-safety measures in place, so that when lockdown is released we are prepared for the season.
