Why is Omega 3 and 6 important to my dog?

Omega 3 and 6 are essential fatty acids that your dog needs. They cannot produce these themselves so it is important to include these in their diet to maintain good health.

Can I feed my dog expired food?

We do not recommend that you feed your dog expired food. Brigadier’s Choice is formulated to meet the unique dietary requirements of your pets, and to meet those requirements, the food needs to be used within the stated expiration date.

What is the shelf life of Brigadier’s Choice Premium Dog Food?

Brigadier’s Choice Dry Feed has a 12-month shelf life from the date of manufacture. We recommend that the product be disposed of after the “Best Before” date.

How much do I need to feed my dog?

We have recommended feeding guides for all our feeds, these can be found on the product pages. Please note that this is only a guideline.
If your dog is new to Brigadier’s Choice, we recommend that you introduce it to them gently. Mix a small amount into their regular food, gradually increasing the amount of Brigadier’s Choice and decreasing the amount of their regular food, over the course of a few weeks.

Do I need to feed my dog anything else other than the dry biscuits?

No. All our packs of Brigadier’s Choice Premium dog food are formulated to provide a complete diet.
