Returns Policy

We want you to happy with your purchase so please contact us if there is a problem with the product or the delivery and we will do our best to sort the issue out.

Please quote your order reference number or invoice number when contacting us.

Order Discrepancies – Upon receipt of your order, please check that all items are as ordered and match the dispatch notice. All discrepancies should be notified within 24 hours of receipt.

All items must be checked upon delivery. Items sent via courier will require you to check your parcel for any damages to the outer packaging. If your order appears to be damaged, please ensure that you either sign for your parcel as damaged or refuse the delivery and contact us within 24 hours either via email or telephone

If your order is damaged but signed for as “unchecked” or “in good condition” we will request a copy of the POD from our courier. will not be liable for any replacements or refunds if the damage has not been reported or noted.

Please be aware that incorrect pet food which has been opened is not eligible for a refund or a return.

For missing items, in the circumstance that you have not received a delay e-mail for the item, please notify us within 24 hours. If you have not informed us of a missing item within 24hours of you receiving the order, we will not be required to send a replacement or offer a refund.

Undelivered Parcel – If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because of failure to collect or rearrange delivery with either the post office or courier, a re-delivery charge is payable to us before we will resend your package.

Refunds are only available within 7 working days after delivery / receipt of ordering and our return policy applies.

Damages? – In the unfortunate event your parcel arrives damaged you should refuse delivery if the damage is obvious. It will be returned to us and replaced. If you have accepted the parcel please contact us immediately.

At this point we will give you details of how to return the goods to us. Please include your order number within the email.

Goods Ordered by Mistake – If you change your mind about purchasing a product, or if you purchase an item from by mistake, we will be happy to refund the item provided that the original item is returned to us in an unused and “as new” condition within 7 working days of delivery / receipt of your order.

However, please note that when you return goods under these circumstances, you are responsible for all costs associated with returning the item.
