Thank you for considering becoming a trade customer

We supply a very large number of trade customers in the UK and among other things, we have to be very careful to ensure that we only open trade accounts and disclose trade prices to genuine trade customers. The reason for this is very simple in that if we inadvertently or deliberately sent trade prices to retail customers we would be competing with our own trade customers for the same business. We know from bitter experience how difficult this can become and no one wins in this situation.

Our solution is to ensure, as best we can, that we only open trade accounts and send trade prices to genuine trade customers.

The start of this procedure is for you to complete and return an account request form which we pass to the appropriate sales person who will contact you. Once they are satisfied, a trade account will be opened.

The one problem with this approach is that business start ups cannot demonstrate that they are trading. Our solution is to offer retail prices less 10% for 10 units or more. Once up and trading better (trade) terms can be applied.
