Ulrich has been fishing for nearly 30 years and has spent the last 20 years specialising in carp fishing. Working as a business lawyer for a major German company then coming home to his wife and lovely little daughter, he is far from being a full time angler.

Although these are not the best pre-conditions for successful carping Ulrich makes it to the bank at least once a week. He mostly fishes at his local gravel pits, park lakes and rivers in southern Germany, but what he really loves is fishing in France. Concentrating on short sessions in France close to the German border, he manages one or two longer trips to southern France each year.
